New Year's Day adventure

Went to town for a little lunch here.

And after browsing the menu..

We went all International on the selections...

Italian for me.  Prosciutto and cheese on the inside. 

And uh..   Norwegian for her.

Then back to a traditional style with strawberries and whipped cream.  Plenty of butter and sugar on this one. 

Followed up with a with a show.  What a way to start off the New Year!

It was really good.  We went to Frank http://hotdogscoldbeer.com/ downtown to get out of the house.  There was a lot of construction that made parking a challenge but we over came and triumphed. What you see above is a Texalina, Fried Boudin Balls, and potato salad with a side of beer.
